HealthHike Program

The HealthHike Walking Program is free to join and is provided in conjunction with the Somerset Medical Center. Walking hours for registered members begin at 7:00am Monday through Saturday and at 9:00am on Sunday. Walkers are asked to enter through the Movie Theater entrance via the Third Level of the parking deck. Members must also wear their HealthHike badges at all times while walking. For more information or to join, please visit Guest Services from 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday or 1pm to 7pm on Sundays, on the Lower Level near Eddie Bauer and Godiva.

HealthHike Walking Program Meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, October through June, at 10:00am in the AMC Theatre. Join us for a light breakfast, record your miles toward prizes, meet other walkers to form groups and hear an informative speaker…

HealthHike Walking Program: “Shoe” Away Foot Problems
Learn how to prevent common foot problems such as blisters, bunions, athlete’s foot, calluses and corns and how to maximize your stride even with the challenges of arthritis and diabetes. HealthHike Walking Program: Putting Your Dreams to Bed…Interpreting Their Meaning

HealthHike Walking Program: “Super Foods”…Heroes of Health
Discover which edibles boost the immune system, slow the aging process and prevent chronic disease such as diabetes, obesity, and cancer. Participants will sample some of these “Super Foods”. Tia Hagins, RD, community nutritionist Wednesday, June 2, 10 to 11 a.m., AMC Theater

Bridgewater Commons supports Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity

Bridgewater Commons has partnered with Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity to work on the elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is part of a national partnership between General Growth Properties and Habitat for Humanity International.

Shoppers are invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity.
