Event Description: Join us at Bridgewater Commons as Bound Brook High School Robotics Team 56 hosts a free Halloween themed party promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math for students ages 5-18.  To celebrate Halloween, this month’s STEM Saturday will feature three activities: 1. Ghost Stack! A Spooky STEM Challenge where kids will be given a set of plastic cups to design as ghosts using a variety of arts and crafts supplies. Two challenges will be held – quickest stacker and the tallest stack. Each winner will receive a Team 56 Gift Pack. 2. STEM Costume Contest for best Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics costume! Best STEM costume will receive a Team 56 Gift Pack. 3. Trick or Treat with a Robot! Kids will be able to operate the Team 56’s 2022 Competition Robot, as well as receive Trick or Treat candy from the Robot.

This special event presented by the Bound Brook High School Robotics Team 56 residency on the Lower Level near Macy’s. The team, also known as R.O.B.B.E. (Robotics of Bound Brook Ethicon), will make use of the space through May 2023 to design, build, test, and practice to compete in FIRST® Robotics Competitions.
