FAQS

Q: What is the experience?

A: Safe Santa Celebration delivers the same magical in-person encounter you have always known with dazzling lights, festive décor, a unique photo opportunity and of course, the Big Man himself! We have gone to lengths to keep you safe at the same time. The set is designed with no touchpoints and advanced technologies, promises to not only keep both our guests and Santa himself safe, but deliver a one-of-a-kind, personalized experience like no other from start to finish.

Set amongst 25 garland-topped light curtains and candy-cane inspired twists cascading from high above, Safe Santa Celebration will feature an authentic Kris Kringle perched in his grand velvet chair on an elevated platform set seven feet behind his adoring guests. A bright and cheery, red photo frame sits in front of the famed wish-fulfiller proclaiming “Holiday Joy.”

Check-in follows to let Santa know his guests have arrived for their pre-reserved visit and then the magic really begins. Imagine the unexpected surprise when The Big Guy personally greets each good girl and boy by name correctly guessing just what it is they are wishing for this year!

What’s more, in order to make sure Santa and his guests can hear each other clearly during their entire time together, Bridgewater Commons’ custom Santa-COM solution – a two-way, high-end wireless communications system with headset, microphone and speaker — allows for voices to be amplified as to not allow even one special wish or word be missed. Leave your wish list with Santa and take home a keepsake memory.
